Article title«Concept and subject of industrial monitoring»
AuthorsV.G. Mitrofanov, A.V. Kapitanov, I.S. Omel’chenko
AbstractIn the article the monitoring of an industrial enterprise is considered. The need for monitoring is caused primarily by the requirements of the implementation of the concept of accountability. This is due to the fact that one party is obliged to be accountable to another and that the control of the implementation of this obligation is nesesary. Moreover, such control means to receive some information, interpretation or report. For example, the accountability can appear, when the low-level manager is accountable to the top level manager, or the manager is accountable to the shareholder. In this regard, it is necessary to have mechanisms of control over the implementation of accountability. Due to monitoring the mediation communications are carried out, in which the principal monitors the activity of the agent, protecting his interests. Especially important the monitoring is for receiving the updated information and detecting the inconsistencies in the reporting messages. Thus it increases the quality of decisions, the efficiency of market operations and contributes to a better distribution of assets. In modern time of the computerization of enterprises the verification process of accounting and financial reporting in various forms of business and property is changing, in the view of reliability and conformity to the current legislation. Monitoring as an activity includes the collection and evaluation of the facts, concerning production operation and financial position of the economic entity (independent economic unit). It is implemented by independent and competent persons, who make a conclusion on the quality of the production operation and financial position, on the basis of established criteria.
