Abstract | The degree of deformation of particles during the formation of the cluster structure of the plasma coating is determined by the degree of heating and the rate of spray particles. This article presents the results of mathematical modeling of separation processes, particle acceleration and heating of the sprayed powder material in the plasma flow, which allows to calculate the parameters of deposition modes that allow to form a coating of the cluster structure. |
